This Return & Refund Policy applies to all Carry-On Luggage purchases made through berckls.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for unused, undamaged, and resellable products under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- The return request is submitted within the eligible return window
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, scratched, damaged after delivery, or modified
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Items returned without prior approval
- Personal preference issues such as size misunderstanding after use or buyer’s remorse
2. Eligible Return & Replacement Situations
We only accept return, exchange, or refund requests in the following cases:
- Product arrives damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defects affecting functionality (wheels, zippers, handles, locks)
- Wrong item shipped (incorrect size, color, or model)
- Missing parts or accessories upon delivery
In these cases, customers may choose:
- Replacement of the same product
- Partial refund (if applicable)
- Full refund after return confirmation
3. Return Request Requirements
To process any return or replacement request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Photo of shipping label
- Video evidence (if damage or defect is involved)

Requests without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, size preference, non-quality issues):
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee of 10%–15% may apply depending on item condition
All returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
